Defiant Theatre
The first thing I ever designed for Defiant Theatre was their logo. I was fortunate to hone my design chops creating posters, web sites, programs, and brochures for the company. The one item I never created for the company before it disbanded was a proper stationery system: better late than never? Because the company was renowned for bombastic, often violent original productions as well as poetic, intense performances of Shakespeare, I chose to depict the logo breaking through pristine letterhead.
